Prime Rib Roast for Two

Schmitz Ranch 32 oz. Prime Rib Roast – Crusted with mustard, roasted garlic, rosemary, and horseradish cream, this classic boneless roast beef is seasoned with sea salt & pepper and cooked in a Napa Cabernet au jus.  It is served with the following sides and dessert.

Accompanying Sides

  • Yorkshire Pudding - a common English side dish made from a batter of eggs, flour, and milk
  • Hasselback Potatoes - sliced into thin wedges but left joined at the bottom, then baked until the layers fan out into crispy rounds
  • Cauliflower au Gratin - cauliflower broiled with cheddar cheese, cream, and bread crumbs until a golden crust is formed
  • Creamed Spinach - prepared with cream, garlic, and nutmeg

Dessert 

  • Triple Berry Crumble with Lemon Crème Chantilly (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, with oats and butter)

Place your Holiday Dinner order by noon on Friday, December 18, 2020, for pick-up from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm on Thursday, December 24, or Friday, December 25, 2020, outside of East Bay Provisions at the Carriage Entrance of the hotel.
