Our Story

Welcome to East Bay Provisions at Claremont Club & Spa, a place where artisan-roasted coffee, handcrafted pastries and local wines blend in a relaxing, casual atmosphere.

Under the leadership of Executive Chef Joseph Paire lll, our gourmet café showcases traditional café menu essentials with a touch of California flair - a fitting tribute to this timeless landmark.

Located at the Carriage Entrance of the historic Claremont Club & Spa, East Bay Provisions offers breakfast on the go, counter service, and casual café-style dining. Transitioning in the afternoon and evening hours, the menu will offer gourmet deli sandwiches, craft beers, and hand-selected local wines.

The design was led by M. Winter Design, an interior design studio with an extensive portfolio of retail, hospitality, residential and specialty projects. Los Angeles-based designer Matt Winter illustrated an authentic design that pays homage to the original architecture and rich history of Claremont Club & Spa. The interior boasts an old-world aesthetic with a California twist, weaving earthly tones of emerald with deep mahogany and accents of gemstone to bring the restaurant’s warming aesthetic to fruition.
